How to Delete Your Account

You have the right to request permanent deletion of your EnamDoc account and all associated personal data. This applies to the EnamDoc mobile application available on Android via the Google Play Store.

Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be erased as described below.

Steps to Request Deletion

You can also request account deletion directly through the EnamDoc app by going to Settings → Account → Delete Account.

What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon confirmed deletion, the following data will be permanently erased:

Data Action
Profile information (name, email, photo, bio, qualifications) Permanently Deleted
Messages and chat history Permanently Deleted
Uploaded posts, cases, and study materials Permanently Deleted
Appointment records and booking history Permanently Deleted
Verification documents Permanently Deleted
Push notification tokens and device identifiers Permanently Deleted
Transaction records (for legal and financial compliance) Retained (as required by law)

Data Retention After Deletion

Some transactional and financial records may be retained for up to 90 days after account deletion as required by applicable laws and financial regulations. This data is not used for any marketing or profiling purposes and is securely stored.

All other personal data is permanently and irreversibly deleted within 7 days of your confirmed deletion request.
