How a dentist gets verified

  1. The dentist sends their registration

    Before a profile can take bookings, the dentist enters their dental registration number and uploads their certificate in the app.

  2. Our team checks it

    Someone on the EnamDoc team checks the registration number and the document by hand before approving the profile.

  3. Only then the profile goes live

    A checked profile carries a verified mark and can accept bookings. Until then, patients can’t book that dentist.

How to start your free trial

You don’t need to move your old paper files first. Start with tomorrow’s appointments and leave the old register where it is.

  1. Download the app and sign up as a dentist

    Accounts are created in the EnamDoc app on Android or iPhone. Choose the dentist account and enter your name, phone number and email.

  2. Send your registration for checking

    Enter your dental registration number and upload your certificate. Patients can book you once the team has approved your profile.

  3. Add your clinic, timings and fees

    Set the days and hours you see patients, the slot length and your consultation fee. Walk-ins can still be added by hand on the day.

  4. Bring in the people you work with

    Invite a visiting consultant through the affiliation screen and set their days. Your trial runs for 7 days with every Pro feature switched on.

  5. Use it with real patients, then decide

    Book, write notes, make GST bills and send reminders for a week. If you keep going, choose monthly, six-month or yearly billing. If not, nothing is charged.

Every dentist uploads their licence and is checked by our team before they can accept a single booking. A verified dentist carries a mark on their profile.

In the EnamDoc app on your phone. The web dashboard is built for dentists and students; the patient experience lives on iOS and Android.

What do students get for free?

Study material, subject and chapter search inside PDFs, the daily MCQ quiz, and the ability to follow mentors. Premium mentor case content is the only paid part.

Who can see my data?

Your data is yours. Clinical notes and X-rays are visible to you and the dentist treating you — not to other patients, and never sold.
