It runs on Android, iPhone and the web, with the same clinic account on all three. The practice management page shows how the pieces fit together on one patient.
After the trial, and cancelling
After the 7 days. The plan you chose starts and you are billed for it. On the monthly plan, billing carries on month to month until you stop it. If EnamDoc isn’t right for your clinic, cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing.
Cancelling. Cancel from the Pro Portal in the app whenever you like. There is no contract and no lock-in. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Your data. Your patient records stay yours. You can ask for an export or for the account to be deleted. How account deletion works.
Patients and dental students don’t pay. Patients use EnamDoc free, and students get a free tier with the study material, daily quizzes and mentors. Only the Pro plan for clinics is paid.
Pricing questions
Is there really a free trial?
Yes — 7 days of full EnamDoc Pro access with no card charged during the trial. You only pay for a plan if you decide to continue.
Which plans are available?
Three tiers: Monthly at ₹750, Six Months at ₹3,500 (save ₹1,000) and Yearly at ₹6,000 (save ₹3,000). GST at 18% is added on top, so you pay ₹885, ₹4,130 and ₹7,080 respectively. Every plan includes the same Pro features.
What happens after the trial?
Your chosen plan starts billing. If you do nothing on the monthly plan, billing simply continues month to month; if it is not for you, cancel before the trial ends and pay nothing.
Are patients and students charged?
No. EnamDoc is free forever for patients, and students get a free tier with materials, quizzes and mentors. Only the Pro plans for dentists are paid.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the Pro Portal whenever you like — no lock-in, no contracts. You keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Is there any commission on billing?
None. EnamDoc takes no commission on treatment billing. The subscription is the only platform fee for clinic tools.
